These pieces are carefully crafted through wheel throwing, where the basic forms are shaped on a potter’s wheel. Once the clay has firmed to a leather-hard state, intricate designs are meticulously sculpted and cut out to create patterns or textures. After drying and bisque firing, the pieces are glazed, adding colour, depth, and a glossy or matte finish, enhancing both their aesthetic and functional qualities. Therefore making them a one-off collectable piece and / or an ideal special occasion gift.
