    browse our collection, select your favourite items, and add them to your
    cart. When ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete
    your purchase.
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
  • We
    accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options for
    your convenience.
  1. Can I track my order?
  • Yes!
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use
    this to monitor your package’s progress.

Delivery and Returns

Shipping:

Shipping prices are calculated by weight at Checkout and
will be 0-15kg in the below price brackets. If your order is over the weight
allowed, then multiple orders will need to be placed. 

Europe £ 14-75

UK £ 6-30

USA £ 30-100

Rest of the World £35 – 100

 

Shipping Times

Production & Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Please note that each
item is handmade and unique, and no item will be the same. Items can take
4 weeks to make if they are a large or out of stock order. We always aim
for a quicker dispatch time and prioritise our website orders. Custom
orders or large orders may take longer.

Customs Duty & Charges
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Christabellehowie.com is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Address

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for
delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the
goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery
instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver
the goods by the date estimated for delivery, but delivery times are not
guaranteed. Please note shipping and delivery is a third party and we cannot
take responsibility for shipping time or delivery time.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when
they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they
will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss,
breakage or destruction.

Items lost in transit

Orders sent via third party recorded delivery are subject to
third party terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the courier until
15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or
refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending
date.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however
we understand that there might be times you wish to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us as
soon as possible, stating why you want to return your order. 

Each handmade ceramic piece is uniquely crafted, ensuring no
two are exactly alike. Variations in shape, texture, and colour make every item
one of a kind. Please note that colours may appear slightly different from what
you see on the website due to the artisanal glazing process and screen
settings.

Please return in the original inner packaging undamaged, and
then use the original outer packaging. If this has been damaged in transit
please use a similarly sturdy box, ensuring all sides are well protected
internally with proper protection to the item.

We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to1 week from
when you have bought the item
, providing the item is unused, in original
condition with inner packaging undamaged. We cannot be responsible for
breakages of returned items if they are not adequately packed.

Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased
from our website. Please contact the stockist that you purchased the item from
if you didn’t purchase from our website.

We can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or
an error has been made on our part. We do not refund original shipping costs if
you have changed your mind, and you will have to cover the cost of return
shipping.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service
Sas we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to
us.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival,
please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.

Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item
and email us at [email protected] or send it back to us so we can
see what went wrong.

Please include your order number and name and address with
your return.

As soon as we receive your order, we will process a refund
within 5 working days.
